2009 Entry and Pick-up dates for Exhibitors

Entry Times: (Non-perishable Items)

Arts, Crafts, Home Furnishings, Needle Arts and Photography.
Exhibits will be received
ONLY on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 3pm - 7pm.
NOTE: These entries will be judged on Wednesday
morning, July 15, 2009.

Entry Times:
(Perishable Items)

Apiary, Arrangements, Baked Goods & Preserves, Flowers,
Fruits & Vegetables and Plants.
Exhibits will be received on Wednesday, July 15, 2009
from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Thursday, July 16, 2009
from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
NOTE: These entries will be judged on Thursday,
July 16, 2009.

Pick Up Time: Sunday, July 26, 2009

All Exhibits MUST be picked up on Sunday, July 26, 2009
from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Entry card stubs must be presented when picking up
items. If items are not picked up by September 7, 2009,
they will be disposed of.
NOTE: Barnstable County Fair is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or misplaced when items are not picked up at the scheduled time.

Entry Tips

Bring address labels with you to put on your exhibitor entry card - this will save you having to hand write twice on each entry card.
